Ernst & Young - EY Apprentice

When Ernst & Young wanted to select a group of their brightest young people for a chance to work-shadow the firm's Leadership Group they decided on a pastiche of the BBC's Apprentice as an interesting and engaging way of selecting the right people. The contestants were selected from all levels of the firm's staff and, for this incarnation of the programme, were working in two teams.

We tried to remain as faithful as possible to the original uniquely stylised series in the scenes we shot and the way we used photography. To give our version of the programme further credence, we also managed to secure the services of the original voice artist.

The programme was cut into four four-minute episodes and was screened at the firm's 2006 London Academy conference.
